First, some info about me and my roommate. My roommate and I are friends from a Christain college who decided to both move to DC. I just got offered a job in North Carolina, which is the reason for the move. My roommate works on the Hill. She is clean, loves to be active, hang out with friends, and find adventures. She attends Capitol Hill Baptist Church and I attended Passion City Church. 

We live in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. She has the master bedroom and I have the other. Reach out if you want more pictures. It is fully furnished, and bedroom items will be left upon request. We are a 5 minute walk to the Navy Yard Metro stop, 7 minutes to Nats stadium, 3 minutes to Whole Foods, and 15 minutes to the Capitol (REALLY GREAT LOCATION). The apartment is called Parc Riverside if you want to look up pictures of the pool, gym, and game room! Neither of us have a car, but if you do, you can buy a parking pass to park in the underground lot. 

Rent is $1,360 per month with an additional $80-100 for fees and untilities. The lease goes until March 17, 2026. We are looking for someone who can show a past income of at least $3,500 a month for the past three months. That would qualify them financially for the lease.
