Join us for a Picnic at the Anacostia Pirate Ship Park Friday, June 13th @ 6pm-8pm.

Our original plan was to meet on the National Mall, however, because of the parade scheduled for Saturday, the mall is no longer accessible.

This location has:

- A parking lot

- Bathrooms

- An awesome play area for kids

- A large open grassy area for field games

- Waterfront views

It’s right off the 295 and is about a 15 minute walk across the bridge from the Potomac Ave Metro Stop.

Bring a picnic, a blanket, any games you may want (frisbee, football, spike ball, etc!) and get ready to have a great time with your church family!

Join us for a Newcomers Dinner — an evening where you’ll have the chance to meet our pastors, hear the story and vision behind Union City Church, and connect with others who are new to the community. This dinner is totally free of charge.
