The room is the largest in the house with a closet and great natural light. It is $1208 a month and utilities ranges from $100-125 depending on the season. Washer and dryer in unit, good cabinet space, and there are small closets downstairs! There isn’t a ton of excess storage, but definitely room for smaller things. The current lease goes till the end of may with opportunity of renewal month-to-month contract. *No pets sorry *
