I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in NoMa from July 16 through September 3. It’s a short-term opportunity that could work as a sublet or lease takeover, and you’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom. You'll be living with a kind and considerate 24 y/o female consultant who attends UCC.

You can stay until September 3rd or coordinate with someone else to completely take over the other room to do a complete lease transfer from the remaining roommate.
