Hey yall! My husband and I are a young Christian couple looking to rent out the basement unit in our home in Alexandria, VA.

The property is a 2 room/1 bath basement apartment in the Rose Hill neighborhood of Alexandria with a main living area and a kitchenette! There are several bus stops in close proximity and the house is less than 2 miles from Huntington metro station, 10 minutes driving from Old Town Alexandria, and 20 minutes from DC. Rent would be $1,800 for the whole space (including utilities) - you’d have free parking as well as access to the washer/dryer, the patio, and the backyard/firepit.

The lease would start on July 1st and can be for 9-12 months, with the possibility of extending after. The tenant must be okay with animals as we have a dog. If you or someone you know are interested send me a message, I’d love to chat with you!!
