You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom in a spacious, well-maintained unit. My current roommate may be open to selling some of her bedroom furniture — interested tenants are welcome to discuss that with her directly.

I'm a 26-year-old woman working in government. I’m more on the introverted side and like to keep my space tidy and organized. I’m looking for someone who’s respectful of shared spaces, clean, and communicative — someone who values a peaceful, cooperative environment.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a quiet, gated community in SW DC with easy access to:

* The Wharf
* Nationals Park
* Safeway grocery store
* Waterfront Metro station

Great spot for someone who wants the security and peace of a gated neighborhood, while still being close to all DC has to offer!
