Hi y’all!! I’m reaching out because my current roommate got an awesome deal on an apartment by herself, so I’m looking for someone to take over the lease and be my new roommate in NoMa on August 7th!

The rent is $1,700 + $20ish for electricity. I love the building and the lease ends on November 30th. The 2nd bedroom in this video is the one you would be getting. This is an example unit so the actual unit has floor to ceiling windows and darker wood floors.

About me: 23yr old CF, moved to DC from Texas in April 2024. I work fully in-office and sometimes on weekends. I love hosting small group, chilling and watching TV/movies, trying new coffee shops and restaurants, and hanging out with friends. I’m also super involved at UCC.
