Room Features: The room is 9’ 5” x 11’ 2”, with a window, ceiling fan, overhead light, and ample closet space. The photos show a furnished room so you can get a sense of the space, but the room will come unfurnished.

Shared Living Spaces:
- Main Level: kitchen, dining area, living area, half bath, backyard deck
- Basement: laundry room w/washer and dryer
- Note: The home will be undergoing renovations - repainting and new flooring (no more carpet) - which will be completed by July 26th.

Lease Terms:
- 1 year with the possibility of extending
- Security deposit of one month’s rent
- Background check required
- Utilities (electric, internet, and water) split equally among all the occupants (landlord and tenants).

Restrictions: No smoking/vaping/drugs/excessive drinking.

Parking: There are two reserved spots for tenant use, along with plenty of curbside parking in front of the house. Visitor parking is also available.

About Me: I (the homeowner) and my housemate Ela (tenant in the basement studio) are working professionals in our 30s and happen to serve in the same local church! I am an elementary school teacher in LCPS, and Ela is an office administrator. We are both quiet, clean/tidy, friendly and easy-going. We enjoy conversations over coffee and spending time with friends and family. During the week, I often spend my evenings teaching ESL classes for adults, at bible study, or at worship/praise team rehearsals. In my free time though, I love to read, play the piano, garden, and take dance classes!

Location: The house is located in the quiet Countryside neighborhood of Sterling (20165). Dulles Town Center and OneLoudoun are just minutes away, as well as quick and easy access to major commuter roads (Route 7 and Route 28). The immediate area includes private pools, nature trails, and miles of paved walking/biking paths.
